This summer, your child ships a real app.

Camp Prompt pairs your kid with a dedicated mentor who helps them design, build, and launch a real app using AI tools. No coding experience needed. No app idea required. We'll figure it out together.

10 spots per cohort · Ages 10 to 17 · Fully remote · Summer 2026

Sound Familiar?

Every summer program teaches skills. Nobody helps them actually build something.
I've spent thousands on coding camps and they came home with a USB stick.
My kid is obsessed with technology, but all they do is consume it.

What if they spent this summer actually making something?

One program. Three tracks. We figure out which one fits.

Tracks are based on aptitude and comfort level, not age. A motivated 12-year-old might start on Builder. A 16-year-old who's never built anything might start on Explorer. The mentor adjusts as your child grows.

Your Mentor

Scott Brereton

Founder & Lead Mentor

“I build products from scratch using AI. I've shipped apps, run businesses, and turned ideas into real things people use. Now I help young builders do the same.”

  • A.McGill MBA — Dean's Honour List, named 2022 MBA to Watch
  • B.Shipped a wedding planning app to the App Store in under a month
  • C.Built a charity platform that real organizations pay to use
  • D.Ran a top 1% Etsy shop with 2,000+ five-star reviews

Two years ago, Scott couldn't write a line of code. Then he discovered AI tools that changed everything.

For parents who want more than a coding camp

We keep cohorts small for a reason. Every student gets individual attention. If your child's app doesn't ship, that's on us, not them.

Summer 2026 cohorts launch in June and August. Apply to reserve your spot.

For You, Not Your Parents

Hey — this part's for you, not your parents.

You pick the idea. You make the decisions. You ship something real that your friends can actually use.

No lectures. No homework packets. Just you, a mentor, and the same AI tools the pros use.

By the end of summer, you'll have a live app with your name on it.

Beyond the Summer

The college essay that writes itself

Admissions officers read 10,000 essays about “learning Python at coding camp.” Your child will write about the app they built that 47 classmates actually use.

A shipped app is proof of initiative, product thinking, and the ability to finish what you start. It's the kind of extracurricular that doesn't need explaining — hand them the URL.

Portfolio piece

A live, working app with a real URL — not a screenshot of code

Project summary

A portfolio-ready write-up of what they built, why, and how

Demonstrable skills

Product thinking, AI fluency, and the confidence to ship — not syntax

Why Camp Prompt

Built different. On purpose.

1:1 mentorship, not a classroom

Your child works directly with Scott — not in a group of 20. Every session is tailored to their idea, pace, and skill level.

A shipped product, guaranteed

Not a project file. Not a demo. A live, deployed, working application with a real URL that anyone can visit.

AI-first, not code-first

We teach kids to direct AI tools — the same ones used by professional developers today. The skill that matters in 2026 and beyond.

Full refund guarantee

100% refund before Session 1. 50% before Session 4. We're confident your child will love it — so we make it risk-free.

Two Demo Days

Mid-program and final showcase where your child presents what they built. Practice public speaking and get real feedback.

Real tools, real workflow

Claude Code, Cursor, Bolt.new — your child learns the same AI development tools used by professional builders today.

10 spots. 6 weeks. One shipped app.

Summer 2026: June 22 through July 31, and August 3 through September 11
